Tom Beers Sr. WINS "One Club" Tournament

Congrats to Tom Beers Sr. for shooting a smooth 82 in the 1st Annual "One Club" Championship. Although turnout was low for this first time event, the future looks bright for next years event. Tom's club of choice was a "hybrid" CPR 24' club. Other choices of clubs where: 4 iron/7 iron/6iron/7 wood/5 iron. The gentlemen involved in this years event had a wonderful Steak dinner at Diane's Grille after the event. Be sure to make plans for next years tournament and an opportunity to win a golf membership.

This will be a great time. Entry fee is only $55.00 pp and includes; 18 holes and cart...a GREAT Steak Dinner after golf with all the extras and ONE person...the 1st place WINNER will get a 2008 CVGC membership. All players must register by October 1st and sign in date of event by 8:30 am. We will have a shotgun start @ 9:00 am sharp. USGA rules apply.
